This shoot was inspired by the mind and collaboration of Manu Garay; who challenged me to explore the dark side of life. Life is not all about rainbows and sunshine; it’s also composed of dark images that unleash our inner fears and struggles; and like gravity, it pulls us from our from our comfort zone.
On a bitter cold morning, we ventured to an abandoned warehouse in the slums of Milwaukee, where we discovered and created a dark reality of life. The moments that we spent creeping through the decayed building unveiled my inner fears; just like you would in exploring a haunted house in the midst of chaos and darkness.
